Prescription Transfers
If your medications are currently filled elsewhere, Atwood can help coordinate a prescription transfer to our Johnston location. A transfer usually starts with basic information about you, the medication you want transferred and the pharmacy currently filling it. Once we have what we need, our team can begin coordinating with your current pharmacy.
You can transfer one prescription or several. Some medications have additional transfer or prescriber requirements, and timing can vary, so contact us if you need a medication urgently. After transferring, you can use refills, drive-thru pickup, delivery and medication packaging like any other patient.
Free Prescription Delivery
Atwood Pharmacy offers free local prescription delivery within 10 miles of the pharmacy, and same-day or next-day delivery is available for many prescriptions.
